No Returns or Refunds

Once a service has been purchased, initiated, or delivered, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation services

  • Case review or preparation support

  • Administrative assistance

  • Digital or informational services

No Guarantee of Outcome

Safe Help USA does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee any specific result, approval, or immigration outcome. Fees paid are for services rendered and time spent, not for the outcome of any application or process.

Attorney Services

If you are referred to a licensed immigration attorney or third-party legal professional, any fees paid to those parties are governed by their own policies and agreements. Safe Help USA is not responsible for refunds issued by third parties.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for delays, denials, changes in eligibility, or changes in personal circumstances. In rare cases of duplicate charges or billing errors, please contact us for review.
